RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision and basic operation of technical equipment and building systems
• Basic maintenance measures
• Grass and hedge cutting
• Pruning work
• Cleaning and maintaining order in the area

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, positive, and solution-oriented, and who thrives working independently and taking responsibility. You have a technical interest and preferably previous experience in operations, basic maintenance, or property management.

You have practical skills, good initiative, and a service-oriented mindset. You contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace and enjoy solving problems.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Operations and Maintenance Technician is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client.
